Books--Relevant Information:
If you find mistakes within these pages, please let me know. Thanks!

This section contains information and scans for the following books and book series:
+ "The Lost Scrolls"
+ "The Earth Kingdom Chronicles"
+ "Nickelodeon's How To Draw: Avatar"
+ "Avatar: The Last Airbender - The Ultimate Pocket Guide"

Important Information:

I've seen people quoting the passages from these books as arguments in support of theories and speculations for future episode plots and shipping preferences. I strongly urge you not to do that. Though they are authentic, officially licensed merchandise, not fanmade works as some fans have suggested, it has never been stated that these books are part of the canonical narrative for the television series. Judging by the number of misquotes and added bits of dialog, particularly where the "The Earth Kingdom Chronicles" series is concerned, I'd say these books are just a loose interpretation of series' events, giving only the most basic information about the show. Well, c'mon... They're for kids ages 4 through 8. What do you expect?

Scans:

Please remember that the scans I post are very large images that may take quite some time for dialup users to load. Due to their file sizes, for bandwidth-related reasons, I ask that you not directly hotlink to the large images. You can hotlink to the thumbnails, which are only 100 x 100 icons, and then set a hyperlink to the large image here in iroh.org if you have limited server space. You may also host the images on your own web site.

"The Earth Kingdom Chronicles"

Because I have posted both scans and chapter exceprts for thos book series, I have given each book in the series it's own page.
