Chapter 2 ("The Chase")
"It's kind of amazing how much this old guy cares about his nephew. I mean, even though he ran away, this guy still understands that his nephew needs to figure it out on his own. I wish my parents understood that. . . Anyway, I guess in order to care that much about someone, you HAVE to trust them, and in order to do that, you have to actually let them inside. So you might get hurt, big deal! I can handle that. . . After all, I am the Blind Bandit!""

Chapter 3 ("Bitter Work")
"Okay, his feet feel set, and he's mimicking my movement. That's good. Ready, set, and--WHAT!? Great, instead of the rock moving, Aang just flew backward across the quarry. He's not firm, not thinking like an Earthbender."

Chapter 4 ("The Library" and "The Desert")
"I can hear the Sandbenders throwing ropes on Appa from every direction. They're trying to capture him. I can't just stand here! I have to let go and throw some earth their way, to slow them down. . . WHOOSH! Take tha--Great. A sloppy cloud is all I can muster up? On solid ground I would habe blasted them away. I'm useless here . . . and the library's sinking faster now than before!"

Chapter 5 ("The Serpent's Pass" and "The Drill")
"This can't be happening. I just made a complete fool of myself, didn't I? Getting all gushy over Sokka when the girl who really likes him is the one who saved me. Good move, Toph. Really slick."

Chapter 6 ("City of Walls And Secrets")
"Long Feng finally let us go. But as we were leaving, a woman came into the room and introduced herself as Joo Dee. But she's not the Joo Dee we know. She's someone completely different, claiming she's Joo dee. Seriously, this city just keeps getting weirder and weirder. And i just keep liking it less and less."

Chapter 7 ("Lake Laogao" and "The Earth King")
By the time we caught up to Aang and Jet in the other room, Jet was lying on the ground. No sign of Long Feng, but things aren't looking so good for Jet. Katara's trying to heal him, but I can't tell if it's working. He's telling Katara that he'll be fine, but the sad thing is, this time, it feels like he's lying."

Chapter 8 ("The Guru" and "The Crossroads of Destiny")
"So, Azula's Dai Li agents led me, Sokka, Momo, and the Earth King out of the throne room and have locked us in what they called an "Earthbender-proof" prison cell. In other words, it's made out of metal."
